With a rich golden hue, Fault Line opens up with a hint of creme brulee, honey and lively citrus. Bright on the palate with Honeydew, Blood orange and a touch of Butterscotch, Fault Line finishes with a subtle but lingering minerality. This estate grown and produced pinot noir soft scarlet with rich garden spice and earthy aromas. Black Cherry, and Burbank Plum are balanced out with a bit of ripe raspberry and a peppery spice. A hint of French Oak and an elegant savory acidity finish off this Burgundian style Pinot Noir. Great to pair with Pork, Duck and Charcuterie.
